Oprah's exercise regime is over five days a week and includes 30 minutes treadmill and using free weights. Her current diet, she has used a few, is like that of Jennifer's consisting legumes, fish, nuts, fruits and vegetables, chicken and dairy products that are lowfat. She also avoids white sugar and flour. Oprah also credits her trim figure to her habit of not eating anything after seven in the evening.
And it's that gorgeous Gwyneth Paltrow in fourth spot. Who would believe that this perpetually slim Academy award-winning actress ever has to resort to dieting. Well, apparently she does. Gwyneth actually follows a healthy eating plan pretty much the same as Oprah's, avoiding sugar and white flour. She usually follows a macrobiotic diet, eating foods like vegetables, brown rice, and lean meat. She also eliminated dairy from her diet, and does yoga everyday.
I think we'll let the band introduce the next mega star, drum-roll...yes, thats right... It's Madonna, the darling of the masses, miss material girl herself. If diets really do produce body shapes, then what is everyone waiting for? Copy Madonna's, but you'll have to give up all the junk food to do so. You'll also need to take up Ashtanga Yoga no less. So, what is her diet? She has opted for a macrobiotic eating plan that includes organic foods rich in lean protein.
